In the example of a driving instructor we have used for the demo, this is suited to someone offering normal driving lessons locally, however, if they were to offer a variety or services e.g. Manual & automatic lessons or cover a wide area or maybe want a large gallery for their passers, then a multi page site would suit better.
We would also not recommend using a single page site to replace an existing multi-page site

A full 2 hr lesson can be be too much for some, however, for others, this can be the faster route to achieving test standard. We will advise whether this could be a suitable option for you

You can have sections to show areas you cover or particular services you provide.
The sites include up to 6 sections but more can be added. While this number is technically unlimited, this would defeat the object of this type of site and we would suggest having a multi page site instead.
